If you were stuck on a deserted island, what three things would you bring and why?

If I were stranded on a deserted island, the three essential items I would bring are a satellite phone, a dinghy, and a solar powered GPS . A satellite phone is invaluable in remote locations, offering reliable communication for emergency contact and rescue coordination. A dinghy would provide a means of escape or exploration, increasing my chances of reaching safety. Lastly, a solar powered GPS would allow me to determine my exact location, aiding in navigation and significantly improving the likelihood of being found by rescuers.

I have never thought about it, but if I were stuck in the desert, I would first take a water purifier that can filter seawater. Second, I would bring matches for cooking food and signaling for rescue. Third, I would take a knife for building shelter and hunting.
